JON MOORE: At Brown Moore and Associates, our focus is on helping clients get their lives back on track after they've suffered an injury, whether it be due to personal injury from an auto accident, medical malpractice, injury due to a defective product, or an on the job injury.

KENT BROWN: Our job when the client walks in the door is to make him or her feel comfortable. We want to educate them about the process. And importantly, we want to educate ourselves about their injury. The initial conference oftentimes lasts an hour to an hour and a half because we want to gain as much information from the client at that time as we can and also provide them with the information they need.

JON MOORE: We want to be able to take the worry off of their shoulders and handle all the problems for them. We do this through coordinating their benefits and providing them with access to as many resources as possible.

KENT BROWN: Throughout the case, we are looking at every end of it. We're looking at the medical care they're receiving, the medical care they did receive, the medical care they're going to need in the future. It's our job when they walk out of this office at the end of their case to have them totally informed about what has transpired and totally satisfied with what has transpired.

JON MOORE: A legal claim is not over just because we've achieved a recovery on behalf of our client. There are many steps that our clients still require to get their lives back on track. And we want to be able to be there to help our clients do that.
